Dr Noopur Khare (Director, Cancer Prevention Unit, CPAA) received an award for Outstanding Work in Precision Cancer Prevention of the Year at the Precision MedIndia Awards 2024.

Dr. Noopur Khare (Director, Cancer Research & Prevention Unit, CPAA) was honored with the prestigious Maharashtra Gaurav award, known as Maharashtra Hirkarni, for her exceptional contributions to cancer research and prevention. This state-level accolade recognizes her excellence in both research work and spearheading the Eliminate Cervical Cancer program.

Anita Peter (Executive Director, CPAA) received the prestigious Maharashtra Gaurav Puraskar Award for her remarkable contributions to the society and demonstrating exceptional dedication towards the cause of cancer management and care.

CPAA's Eliminating Cervical Cancer through HPV Vaccination Project was adjudged the 'Best CSR Project of the Year' pan-India at the 8th Paediatric Haematology Oncology Support Services Conference (PHOSSCON) held in Jammu in November 2024.

Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA) receives the Best NGO Leadership Award 2025 conferred by the World CSR Congress 18th February 2025 reaffirming its commitment to support cancer patients and driving impactful change through its initiatives.

Manju Gupta, Executive Director of CPAA's Rehabilitation Center, was honored with the Shikshashree Samman 2024 by the Shikshadan Abhiyan Federation, in recognition of her outstanding contribution towards supporting cancer patients and their caregivers.

Dr Shubha Maudgal (Executive Director, Special Projects) received the Mahatma Award this year for Exemplary work in cancer care for 24 years. She spear-heads the Special Projects team at CPAA by applying prevailing technology, ideas or issues to take the organisation forward and upward.

Cancer Patients Aid Association was adjudged the 'Best NGO Pan India' 2023 by the Indian Cancer Society. CEO Alka Bisen (CPAA) received the award on 24 September 2023 at ICS's Annual Seminar in New Delhi on The Role of NGO's in Cancer Care.

Alka Bisen (CEO) received The Mahatma Award 2022 for Social Good and Impact for Cancer Patients Aid Association for dedicated service towards Total Management of Cancer since 1969.

Dr Dhananjaya Saranath (Executive Director, Research Studies and Additional Projects) received the Lifetime Achievement Award in contribution to Cancer Care and administration of Cervical Cancer Vaccine (HPV) – Mahatma Awards 2022 for Leaders and Change Makers in Individual Capacity.

Mr Y K Sapru (Founder Chairman) was awarded The Mahatma Award for Lifetime Achievement for his visionary work in bringing succour to the cancer afflicted, in October 2021

Anita Peter received the Rashtrashakti Award for outstanding work in Cancer Care from the Governor of Maharashtra Shri Bhagat Singh Koshari at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on 25th October 2021.

CPAA was declared to be the 2nd highest fundraising NGO at the TATA Mumbai Marathon 2019. CPAA's top fundraiser KVS Manian was recognised for being the Change Legend TMM 2019 and Manish Kothari as Change Champion 2019.

Mr Y K Sapru, Founder Chairman and CEO of CPAA was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award 2017 by Cancer Care India, an umbrella body of over 50 NGOs from the Indian subcontinent, for his commendable work towards the cancer care mission, at their Annual meeting hosted by the Coimbatore Cancer Association on 16 December.
